how can i stop my snoring?
Im 19 years old 120 lbs, 5’5. so im a healthy weight. i don’t drink, Don’t smoke, but snoring runs in my family. i sleep on my side, but it doesn’t help. I sleep with my mouth open and can’t change that. i’ve snored since i was a kid. snore relief spray and nasal strips haven’t helped.
