How long does it take for a humidifier to work?
My son snores and stops breathing, so we took him to a sleep center, well it takes a week to get the results back so in the mean time we were planning to use a humidifier to maybe help with his snoring and stuff.. can anyone tell me how many times of using it will it help his breathing?
He did the test where they hooked stuff up to his chest, his feet his legs and under his nose.. they said it would take a week to get the results in.. they are doing it to see if he does have a sleep disorder and then if his adnoids (sp?) were enlarged or something they were going to take them out (had an x-ray done) hes only 15 months old so does age matter with the nose strips?
Continue the humidifier & also use Breathe Rites nose strips w/Vicks every night. The strips are like a bandage w/a plastic insert.
