I need help with this please!!!??? Snoring…?
I have been snoring loads lately and its really distracting me and others. I need methods to help me to stop snoring. I have tried the nose strips and these do not work and neither does the nose clip. Its really ruining my sleep and do not know what to do. Someone please give your advice. Thanks.
I know that sleeping on your back can make snoring worse or being overweight.
You should have a word with your doctor because they’ll be the best person to help you.
edit: scientist and jennifer are right, you should ask the doctor about sleep apnoea especially if you are also feeling tired after waking up.
I suffer from this and it is horrible.
