Do you snore or your significant other snore?
My husband says I snore. I must have been real bad last night because he says he nudged me several times and I never stopped (I never felt anything, I was out). He said that he even got up to find one of the kids’ squirt guns and was not able to find one (hilarious, don’t you think). He just went out and slept on the couch.
A part of me thinks it is funny and a bigger part of me wants to know how can I stop doing this. Any suggestions.
Who knows. It may be a medical condition that can be fixed.. It may not. Some people just snore. You can try those strips they sell in the drug stores and you can also talk to your doctor about referring you to a pulmonologist for a sleep study maybe to see if you DO have any medical issues causing problems (apnea or any problems with your breathing while you sleep that could cause snoring).
LOL, I have my husband snoring like a freight train on one side of me and my Boxer on the other side just as loud… I can’t win!! They both snore like pigs. I used to kick my husband when he started but it’s really not his fault either so like your husband, I go in one of the other rooms when they both start and I can’t hear them anymore!!
Oh, when I’m getting sick I do snore myself, also so then they have to put up with me!
