To be my mother-in-law is coming tomorrow. HELP?
My mother-in-law comes to for at least 6 weeks, stay tomorrow. She is in the middle of the parade. She is cheerful enough, but I swear to God, to speak, they never ever stop. Not even for 2 minutes. (I'm not exaggerating). My husband finds her hard To work, but because she his mother, he feels more able to turn the TV on and off to her. This leaves me feeling like I need one that to be listened to. He is often on his program and then falls to sleep snoring. I'm going to be left on my own with her a lot and do not think I would be able have to last for 6 weeks. I know I sound really mean and intollerant, but I have children, to run a house and treat a job. How can I find some escape Time. Some advice please? Well thankyou your answers made me laugh, so thanks for that anyway. I forgot to say that when she phones our home, she never gives me the time of day, only asks for my husband. It is therefore not, as she makes an effort on my part either.
