21 month old NEVER sleeps….HELP?
My 21 month old has only slept through the night 3 times. I am exhausted. We share a room, but he is in his own toddler bed and does stay in it, he just wakes up and wants a bottle 2-3 times a night. Some nights he appears to be having night terrors, where he is just unconsolable for about 10 minutes or so, disoriented, and then crawls back into bed and resumes snoring. I am so tired and confused as to what is going on. We have bath time, then quiet time, nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
